Man Of The Month Rob Howze

1. Tell us a bit about your background.

For the last 20 years, I’ve studied deeply the areas of the mind, body, and spirit. I’ve experienced life as a creative artist, personal trainer, licensed minister, public speaker, author, non-profit founder, and have established multiple businesses.

I have a special passion for empowering our youth and founded a non-profit organization to actualize that support.

In this season of life, I am focused primarily on bringing a new business technology to the market that helps companies automate and streamline 80% of their back office processes.

With my personal and professional experience I’m equipped to really help companies and people thrive holistically.

2. How did you get started on this journey?

The journey began when I turned 25 years of age and heard my 1st motivational tape spoken by the great Dr. Wayne Dyer. The phrase that I will never forget was "when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." And they forever did.

I was never the same and started activating the power of intentional living, effective immediately.

3. How did you discover your life’s purpose?

When I was 18, I was shot at point-blank range.

There were three shots fired. One of which travelled through my arm, and into my friend’s leg. I knew from that moment that it was my calling to be a positive force to impact this world. I couldn't wrap my mind around the fact that someone would risk killing you for their own gain. That was an indicator that there was a deeper pain. A pain that I would find and with the help of others soon soothe.

4. How do you work on maximizing your potential?

I have a very detailed but simple schedule.

Plan-Do-Review.

At night, I do a daily reflection which allows me to make any necessary adjustments for higher productivity levels moving forward.

Also, keeping myself surrounded by the right people and knowledge is imperative.

5. What difference do you want to make and why?

My mission is to empower people to live healthier and more prosperous lives. By doing this, I can assist individuals find their inner peace because inner peace at the individual level will create world peace at the collective level. ☮

I will set up Happiness Schools (k-12) and Empowerment Centres (Higher Education) all over the world. This will assist the positive trajectory of humanity move forward throughout the centuries to come.

6. What was your biggest challenge in life and how did you overcome it?

Believing in myself was my greatest challenge to overcome. I overcame when I learned to stop judging myself.
The greatest enemy was the inner Me.

It has been said, if there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm. -African proverb

7. If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self what would it be?

Spend more time in the quiet. We have over 70,000 thoughts a day. That’s a whole lot of thought traffic. Sometimes you just have to clear the highway. And get still.

It is within the stillness that you actually hear everything.

8. What’s the best way people can connect with you?
